Mac won't start after login

I left my mac to upgrade to OS Mojave in the night with about 50% battery. In the morning I woke up to 0% battery and this message (posting the picture below). After showing this it keeps on restarting.

MacBook Air 13", OS X 10.10

You could try booting into Recovery Mode and trying to reinstall Mojave again. If local Recovery Mode won't boot successfully, then try Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R.
