MentalUP Application

Hi, I am using MentalUP app and I had a membership which will end at 26 th of August. It was stated in the app that my membership will be renewed automatically, and I can stop renewal via iTunes. However, I could not any information regarding MentalUp app in my iTunes store. Is there anyone who can help me to stop automatic renewal?

When you checked in iTunes, did you use the steps here? View, change, or cancel your subscriptions. The process will vary a bit depending on which device you have available, and that link will guide you through it. If you don't see your subscription, you might also try signing in with any other Apple IDs that you've used.


If you don't find the subscription under any of your Apple IDs, that's when I recommend that you contact Apple directly: iTunes Store Support
