Generator effect broken in exported file

I've made generator in Motion (out of a match move layer) and applied it to a clip in FCP. Looks fine on the timeline - layer movement is correct. But when exporting from FCP via Share Master File, Generator effect is lost - no movement in match move. Tried deleting render files, relaunching FCP, nothing works.

Related issue - when making a compound clip of generator and footage, movement is also lost.
