Bigfish and G5 Games

I have been a member of Big Fish Game Club for about12 years. I own 50 some pages of games. Since about October I would be able to download my purchased game and sometimes not. I spent a lot of moneyman games that I never got. Now I am 76 years old so I am not kidding when I say I am very disappointed . I can't get a download of an old game. Now it is beginning to happen with the G5 Games.

I do not know who to contact to get it fixed or what. Could you please help me. I spend my daytime playing games. When you have hundreds of dollars invested it ****** me off
