Can’t Re Download from Apple Arcade

I downloaded NBA2K and some other games from Apple Arcade. Then I deleted it. Since then when I try to download it again a message pops up that says “you already own this app, so it will download at no additional charge” but then it just doesn’t download

any suggestions?
