Transfer iPhone Notes from iCloud to Gmail

I have note folders for both iCloud and Gmail. My Gmail account on iPhone is set to sync notes. When I try to move one or all my notes off of iCloud, I do not get the option to select my Gmail notes folder.

I followed the the instruction at this link, but do not get the option to select Gmail as a destination.
