My phone is stuck on downloading update.
I’m trying to update my phone. It has been stuck on downloading update, for over a day. What do I do? My phone is acting strange . I need to install the update.

Maura, restart your iPhone then try to download the update again.
If it still doesn’t work, do a soft reset of your iPhone then try once more to install the update.
Force iPhone to restart:
On iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch, press and hold both the Home and Top (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
