how can I upgrade "Compressor" to the new version? 4.1.3 won't work with final cut Pro X

I have upgraded to the actual Mojave OS (10.14.4)

1) the App Store doesn't give me an upgrade option

2) can't buy it again, because my computer tells me that I already have it

3) the connected Apple-website only has generic and useless tips

If you see it in the Purchased page of the App Store you can move the current version to the trash and redownload the application.
