How to stop computer from ringing when iPhone gets a call

Despite disabling making the following changes on my iphone: (phone, Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices -- off), my Macbook Air and iMac continue to ring when a call comes in.

I am using the latest OS on all machines and the iPhone has the latest update. Please tell me how I can stop calls from going to the computers. Thank you.
