PDP authentication failure Telstra M2M Sim Card


I have a brand new iPad internet. I am unable to connect or roam using cellular data.

Error notes is "Could not activate Mobile Data Network PDP authentication failure. "

I did also resets as described in other websites but still no luck.

I have also tried the same SIM card in another andriod device with no issue at all.


iPad Model MTHV2X/A , iOS 12.1.4 (16D57) Modem Firmware 1.03.08

I understand from your post that you are unable to connect to the internet on your new iPad. While the same sim card works in another Android device it is not working in the iPad. The following article has steps which may help resolve this type of issue:
