Mojave 10.14.4 repeated system and app crashes

I updated Mojave last thing yesterday to 10.14.4 on Mac Pro, and today it crashed three times, twice in immediate succession. There were also some app crashes separately from the whole system, including Word and Safari.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
