Scam

Hello, I received an email from apple saying that I had made a purchase in the fortnite app, which I never made, and when I went to check it asked to put password and card info, I did thinking it was the legit site and then realized it was fake and changed the password twice of my Apple ID. Should I do something else? Is my phone or computer getting hacked into? Please help

If you have changed your password, that part should be safe. I would contact whoever issued the credit card, ask them to cancel it, and issue a new one.
