I have a new computer and want to populate it with music from my ipod ti itunes

If you didn't buy the music from Apple, there is no native way to up load it from your iPod to a PC, Music purchased from Apple can be redownloaded from the cloud to your iTunes. For other music you have to use a third part app such as iExplorer.
