Hi, I searched and saw there were hundreds of posts about my issue but didn't see a solution. Essentially my iPhone 7 needed to be updated so I tapped the button to update it and now it's been stuck on 'update requested' for 12 hours. I have super fast wifi here as well.
Is there a way to at least shut off the stuck update? Thanks for any help.

It could. A simple reset may also get it going again. I hesitate doing updates over the air because the lest little interruption in the wi-fi can set it off. Is the employer managing the device with an MDM? If so, they should do the update if they won't allow you to connect to iTunes.

If necessary, connect to the computer and the latest version of iTunes and update that way, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204
Thanks, none of those solutions worked except I don’t have an iTunes to connect it to since the phone is from work.
I have a personal iPhone X and MacBook Pro/iTunes that all works no problem.
Would erasing all settings and restoring from iCloud solve this?
