Apple Pay Balance Disappeared

I signed out of my iCloud account and signed back in and noticed my apple pay balance was at zero from the previous balance of $45 dollars. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your Apple Pay balance not showing and I’m happy to help! Check out this article with the steps to Add money to Apple Pay Cash, specifically the section for How to view your balance to check if you can see the balance in the Wallet app or when you check the Apple ID account page.


If you see the balance on your Apple ID account page, follow this article with steps for How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and quit the Wallet app. Once it’s closed, Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and test to see if the issues are still going on.


If you do not see the balance on your Wallet app or the Apple ID account page, I suggest you Contact Support to get in touch with Apple directly for further troubleshooting steps.
