Microsoft Office apps crashing
I have 2 iPad Pros and an iPhone all with the latest OS version, which are my personal devices, tied to my personal Apple ID. I've dowloaded various Microsoft apps - Outlook, Onedrive, Skype, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, which I use using my work Office 365 account. Recently, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint always crash immediately upon launching. I tap the icon, the splash screen comes up, then it quits and the iPad/iPhone goes back to the home screen. Outlook, Onedrive and Skype work fine. I tried signing out of my Apple ID on each device; clearing out my iCloud files; signing out from my work Office 365 account from every app; resetting all the apps; and reinstalling all the apps. Nothing worked. I even did a factory reset of one of the iPads, set it up as a new iPad with my personal Apple ID, then downloaded only Word. It still crashed immediately (obviously I didn't sign into my work Office 365 account this time, since I had no opportunity to do so).
I did some research and found a similar issue which was traced to a problem with Linkedin accounts, but I don't have one. No non-Microsoft apps have any problems.
I then again did a factory reset of the same iPad, but set it up using a new personal Apple ID which I set up just for testing this. I then downloaded Word, signed in using my work Office 365 account, and it worked. I then downloaded all the other Office apps, and they all work.
It therefore looks like there is a problem connected with my original Apple ID. As this is the ID I use, is there anything I can do so that Word, Excel and Powerpoint all work with it?
Thanks in advance.
