Windows doesnt recognise the Iphone

Hello,

I have got a problem with transferring pictures from Iphone to my Windows notebook. It doesnt recognise the phone. I have the latest versions. And the cable used to connect to the computer is original.

When I used to transfer pictures, the Iphone showed in "My computer"-->"Devices and printers". But now it doesnt. Could you please help with that? Is there any other way I can transfer pictures from my Iphone to computer. Thank you!
