I have a MacBook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6 which I must return to my former employer. I want to reset it to factory settings. It is currently sharing iCloud storage data (photos, iTunes music library, etc.) with my iPad Pro & iPhone X. How can I reset it without deleting anything shared with my other devices?
I managed to solve the first part of the problem shortly after posting the help request on my own, but thanks for replying. I had to log in to iCloud on the Mac and manually shut off each linked application individually, then log out. All stored data on linked devices was successfully preserved.
