Macbook failing to install Windows 10 using bootcamp

I have an macbook pro (2013) which runs MacOS Mojave. I wanted to dual boot my (256 SSD) to run Bootcamp Windows 10 Pro and MacOS. I went through the Bootcamp assistant, and it all went smoothly. It installed the ISO image onto my DataTraveler 16GB flash drive, along with the support files. Then, the computer restarted.

I have installed Bootcamp on my Macbook Pro before so I know what should have come up. The Windows 10 Setup screen should have showed up on the macbook Screen after restarting.

HOWEVER, when the macbook restarts, it shows the normal white screen, and then it shows a black screen that says "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key". I am not sure why this happened.
