Recovering My iTunes Library

I have a new computer and can't find my music in my iTunes library. I've downloaded iTunes removed it from my computer and downloaded it again. Still nothing. The only music it shows is the songs I purchased from the iTunes store. Any suggestions?

Music from sources other than the iTunes Store will only be downloadable from the iCloud if you're an iTunes Match or Apple Music member, and previously uploaded it from the other computer.
