Problem in safari
I don’t get a clear web history option neither in safari nor in settings.

Hi there, this could be caused by having restrictions on screen time. If you have restrictions on you will be unable to clear your history. If you are struggling with the location of the clear history button it is located in either Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data OR Safari > Tap the Book Icon > Select Clear at the bottom right.
