I have just been charged for the annual subscription of iTunes Match. I would like to cancel it and have a full refund.
As you know, you are given a few weeks’ notice that your annual renewal is upcoming. Apple’s policy is you may cancel a subscription at any time, and that cancellation will take effect next billing period. Here is more information.

I never really started this subscription and I don’t even know what to do with ITunes Match ! Certainly it was not my choice to set it up. This is why I was surprised to see the charge ! I would like a refund please since this subscription has been definitely done by mistake

You are asking in the wrong place. We are volunteers answering technical questions here.
But as a volunteer, I believe your chances of obtaining a refund are very small at best - close to zero.
