iPhone XS Max iOS 12.2

On 3rd April 2019, I’ve upgraded my iPhone XS Max (Hong Kong dual sim model) to iOS 12.2 and it start having intermittent data and network connectivity problem. The iPhone intermittently would have no operator’s network and start searching for network. After connected, mobile data cannot be used and have to wait for 45-60 seconds later in order to use mobile data again. I have tried using different mobile operators SIM cards and they have the same issue. Therefore, the issue is most likely due to iOS 12.2.


Prior to iOS 12.2 update, mobile data and operators network connectivity were working well. I have not experienced this issue since I purchased iPhone XS Max on October 2018.


Kindly look into this issue and resolve it soonest. Looking for iOS update soonest to fix this issue.
