Cancelling a subscription

I am trying to cancel a subscription with MileIQ. This does not appear in my subscriptions in my settings and Mile IQ say they cannot cancel for me. They direct me to sort out the problem with iTunes. I am at a loss. How can I cancel something that doesn’t appear in my subscriptions?

This isn't something subscribed to by a member of Family Sharing? If it is, that person will have to cancel it.
