Mojave IPSW location
I need to copy it from my Sierra partition location to Mojave partition location.
Prior to Mojave...
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
Now it's changed to someplace else, I don't want to download it again.
Any ideas?

No, the location is not changed, here High Sierra & Mojave is the same location.
Home -> Library -> iTunes -> iPhone Software Updates
No it doesn't...
is the above even a screenshot of Mojave operating system??????????
i've noticed there's an additional "iOSSupport" folder in the root level systems folder that wasn't there in previous versions and
after further investigation of this folder there is nothing in relation to iPhone software updates so where the **** would it be??
YES, the above a screenshot is a macOS Mojave OS - 10.14.4.
I never get to the root of my computers (maxOS & Windows OS), I definitely stay away from it. because I am a regular computer user.
Perhaps someone else could help you here.
There is nothing in the iOSSuppor folder that is available to the user. Don't mess with it.
To make your Library folder visible go to your Home folder, go to the View menu and select the Show View Options and check the Library checkbox:
Now you can navigate to the ~Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates folder as Raycia pointed out.
