If you have tried the various Resets ie. “Reset Network Settings” and “Reset All Settings”, Forced Restart plus you have restored the device in DFU Mode you only have one other option in my view.

Book a Genius appointment and get them to test the device(s), I’m not sure but I thought I read a while back of some devices having an hardware conflict following a certain update, and the only fix was a replacement device, but please don’t take my word for that, talk to Apple.

The only area I would say you could double check, did you use DFU Mode or could it of been Recovery Mode, they are different, DFU will not only replace the OS but also device Firmware, that’s why it’s a little more risky.

You have probably seen this but just in case.

Hope you resolve but can’t think of anything else at this time.

Unfortunately “wishing” will not resolve the issue, and I say that with the greatest of respect.

You really only have one option left, go and see someone at an Apple Store, you have three SE’s, one works the other two don’t. I assume they have identical software applied in the same way via iTunes, ask Apple why they perform differently.

Not sure what else I can suggest but someone else may have other ideas.

I'm not sure if iOS will get a 12.2.1 or whether we will have to wait for 12.3, but I think tvOS is getting a 12.2.1 sometime today though.

If we have to wait for 12.3 then it could still be a while because it's currently in beta 2 at the moment, and Apple have stopped signing 12.1.4 so going back again is no longer an option.

Going back to 12.1.4 (for a short time) did prove it's software (and not hardware) related so I suppose you have a waiting game.

There's not much else I can add, best of luck.

Yes ofcourse , as i said before, tried DFU Mode & in iTunes Recovery mode too! . not just on one iphone Se! i'm sure will be fix in the next update because its major problem and they know which code is the wrong!

Even i tried to Downgrade to 12.1.4 , there was not any problem with cellular.

So i Have return to the 12.2 , and waiting for new update!

Still there is no any news about release of 12.2.1 !!!

You are right :)

The problem is I'm at some restricted area, which never apple has store or supporting for persian people!

i could fix a network for Sim-card,but there is some options in cellular settings just missing and even instead of show the operator name, just appear some 5 digit Number, which place ,the next of Signal, top-left of screen!
