No Cellular data after upgrading the iOS to 12.2

Recently upgraded my iPhone from iOS12.1.4 to 12.2 and started facing issues with connecting to internet using Cellular data. Upgraded to 12.3, but still the same issue.

Tried multiple workarounds such as

Enabling and disabling Aeroplane Mode
Resetting Network Settings
Reseating the SIM Card
