I feel it’s unfair that only the new iPhones get better Quality such as Antimojis & Camera quality.It would be appreciate if you guys would put those things on all phones because cause some people don’t have the money to buy new phones.Thank You I hope you can get back to me on this topic.

It’s not that Apple doesn’t want to put it on older devices, it’s that they can’t. The iPhone X and later and 3rd Gen iPad Pros and later feature a new advanced camera called a TrueDepth camera. This camera can track the movements of your face and then use them to animate Animoji and Memoji. It can also do more things that older iPhones can’t, like Face ID. So unfortunately, your iPhone can’t do what the newer iPhones can do due to it having an older camera.

Animoji's require the True Depth camera technology, only found on newer model iDevices.
