Looking to use waves Inphase plugin

I was wondering has anyone successfully installed and use in garage band ?

L R Couple Plugins like ChromaVerb and Waves CLA-3A show L R Couple. I don't get what this is and somehow I'm not able to get back to the defaul setting. It's creating a wierd phasing sound when I use them. I've looked for explanations in Logic's and Wave's manuals as well as online but can't find any reference whatsoever? Any one know what is going on and how I can get back to a normal config? Below is a screen shot of my CLA-3a and shot from the Waves manual for comparison. wave plugins are not in stereo. Only in mono..help! When I load waves plugins into my Logic Pro x channel fx strip, usually I would have an option to choose between mono / stereo. The plugin only shows mono and not stereo. Can anyone help?

is there a tutorial for garage band? this version on my Mac book pro is not as user friendly as earlier version on my I pad is there a user guide or tutorial to use Garage Band?
