iPhone XR scratched paint

Hello,

I’ve had my iPhone XR (red) for 3 months now and the paint on my the back of the phone has already started scratching off on the rim of the camera. This is very annoying as I have a lipped case.

Is it worthwhile taking it to Apple? It’s still in warranty but I don’t have Apple Care. I don’t think it’s possible for Apple to repair the phone without replacing it and I don’t want my phone replaced.
