Hi, i had an old phone number binned for imessage and facetime and i got rid of it and now i want to put my new phone number to use imessage and facetime and this doesn`t work i struggle a lot and i can`t get a fix

Both iMessage and Facetime are Apple services and are not sim specific at all. The sim has no bearing on them outside of having the number you are going to use with them.
The only actual support you need from the carriers for activating them is the ability to send the activation SMS to Apple.
When i try to activate iMessage it tells me “an error occurred during activation , try again” and my old phone number it’s stuck on facetime and it keeps spinning i want to bind my new number on this device because i can’t even normal messages sending

Are you getting any errors when you try to re-activate iMessage and Facetime with your new number?
You need to have an active sim card with cell service and an assigned number to activate Facetime and Message.

Yes it gives me an error when I try to activate the iMessage and FaceTime the SIM card is good I have a subscription at Vodafone but I don’t know why I can’t use this number for iMessages and FaceTime
iMessage and FaceTime are SIM specific. Contact your carrier or the agency who provided you the SIM
Can you be more specific please ? Because I don’t understand what you saying at all sorry ...
What error does it give you?
If all else fails, you may need to contact Apple Support as suggested in the link above.
Right now there seem to be some issues with iMessage and FaceTime activations. Apple is aware, and you will have to wait until Apple says something else, or provides an update.
