Gmail is not loading though other emails are loading

My gmail is not loading from mobile data though it is connecting through wifi alone and other outlooks i could see it is loaded using mobile data

Are you saying when using Gmail via Mobile Data it's NOT getting Emails, but when connected via Wifi it is ???

If so, check Settings - Mobile Data - Scroll down to Gmail and enable that option which is to the right of it so it changes to Green.
