I have an Apple Watch Series 4. When I first got it and made calls directly from my watch, they would call through on my main number (the number from the sim in my iPhone).
The last few weeks, if I call one of my contacts directly from my watch, the call goes through the number of the sim in my watch, not my phone number. Any ideas how to fix this?

If you are using a GPS + Cellular watch and have the cellular plan activated then it should use the number in the watch.
