Apple TV 4th Sonos speakers audio delays with Airplay 2

Hello everyone.

I have an Apple TV 4th generation and 3 sonos speakers. One Sonos 1 and two Sonos play 1. The problem is with Airplay 2 when i try to connect the music i hear from Apple TV to the Sonos speakers. There are frustrating audio delays, echo and no sync. I tried reboots, changing channels from the router, but the problem exists.

Could you please assist me how to solve the problem. Airplay has no problem when playing only from Sonos speakers.
