Power Wake reason.EC.LidOpen in terminal log but noone opened it during the night

when i give this command in terminal i see that system thinks my lid was opened during the night and i'm sure nobody didn't do it.

i opened it at 7.14, but at 6.15 everybody was sleeping. also at 1.16 i don't understand this RTC thing.

macbook was on battery during the night. bluetooth is off. i also read this link below, don't see reason for wakings.

so what is this reason: EC.LidOpen (User) and reason: RTC (Alarm) ?
