Visual Voicemail
Just switched to provider that has visual voicemail but not showing.
ive reset network settings, swapped in out 4 different sims but can’t get it to activate. Anything else I can do?

Pretty much, settings were sent to phone and a profile installed. No sign of VV settings in mobile data network settings.
Both handsets previously used with carrier that doesn’t support VV. Strange one set up straight away(SE), but my XS, which I actually want to use won’t.
SKY in UK are tv provider, dabbling in phones, so staff not exactly that knowledgeable
.... just now tried same sim in wife’s ip8 and daughters ip7. VV available straight away in both, no settings sent to phone, auto picked up from sim. Put her sim in my XS to see if would clear any settings.... back to sim in XS and .... no VV.
Finally solved. Deleted Sky Profile, popped different sim in(Giff Gaff), downloaded/instal profile for that carrier via google search. Waited... reset network settings. Waited. Popped sky sim back in... Hallelujah. VV active. Deleted gif gaff profile.
Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature, you will need to resolve the issue wit Sky Mobile.
I’ve tried sim in and old iPhone SE, and works in that, so not carrier or sim problem?
Nor is it an Apple or iphone issue, as stated visual voicemail is a carrier feature, please call Sky Mobile to resolve your issue.
As stated... how can it be carrier issue if same sim works in a different handset.

Is that what Sky Mobile said when you contacted them about their feature Visual Voicemail?
Then you need to talk to someone higher up at Sky Mobile.
