Cannot activate “Visual Voicemail” on my iPhone8, and my carrier Spectrum supports VV. How to proceed?

Visual Voicemail is a feature that is provided and managed by your carrier. What did Spectrum tell you when you asked them about this issue? They can easily reset your voicemail so that you can have visual voicemail if they support it.
