Visual voicemail no longer works on iPhone 11pro max

My visual voicemail no longer works on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. It still works on my husband’s iPhone 10 so I don’t think it is a carrier issue. I have run AT&T diagnostic & no luck.

I had to go to “AT&T Advanced Tech Support” to find out that when I turned off my Siri, it turned off voicemail transcription. So if I want to read my voicemail, I have to let Siri eavesdrop. Grrr

You need to call AT&T and let them know, that is their feature, just because it works on your husband doesn't mean there is no issue with your line.

Interesting, I just recently turned off Siri and received a voicemail the other day and didn't see the transcription. I didn't even notice until you mention it. Thanks.
