For your Mac, look for a class titled "Product Skills: Mac". There is a link on that page that can filter for "Products". That's where you will find it.

Since that would be OS/software related, it won’t matter which device (iMac, Macbook Air or Pro) you would be using; photo and video editing apps such as Photos and iMovie are part of the OS. Just don’t choose a class that would talk about doing this on an iDevice as those might be different. So, just try to find a class on how to work with photos or videos.
