How to create the Blue links linked to the text

Hello!

I'm trying to create a blue link in one of the support chats and I don’t know how. (I believe it’s called a Hyper link but I’m unsure)

Thank you for any help!

What phone are you using?

You might get the toolbar rotating to "landscape" orientation

My iPhone 6s does NOT - but others have reported newer models have the toolbar

Type the text you want to be a link into the text box. Hi-lite the text you want to be the link then click on the link icon in the menu bar at the bottom of the text box. Paste the link into the menu bar and hit return. The text you hi-lighted will turn blue and will link to the url you pasted into the menu bar.
