APFS vs HFS Checksums/Integrity/Fusion Drives

Hello,

I want to upgrade to Mojave, but still have some questions:

1 - On Wikipedia I read about APFS:

“Apple File System uses checksums to ensure data integrity for metadata, but not user data.”

Is this still the case?

2 - Did HFS+ use checksums for user data?
