Apple Wallet App Not Working

Hi Apple Friends,

Apple wallet is not working. I mean, the app only opens to a white screen, and when I try to go through settings my phone freezes up. How do I get this to work?

force close the app and then force restart your device. (Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo).

Wonderful! Now I can see stuff when I open the app! However, when I try to add a credit card I receive the "Could Not Add Card" error.
