When I go into settings & click “Wallet & Apple Pay”, the screen just freezes

I have been unable to get my Apple wallet to open up for anything (cards, tickets, etc.) When I go into settings & click “Wallet & Apple Pay” nothing even loads, the screen just freezes. I’m using ios13.3 on an iPhone X

Wallet blank or frozen

If your Wallet app is frozen or blank you need to:

Force close the app (https://support.apple.com/HT201330),
Sign out of your Apple ID
Force reboot your device (https://support.apple.com/HT201559)
Sign back into your Apple ID
