Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Apple has ignored and not responded to 6 reports of the same issue. What gives?

I purchased an album on iTunes on March 19th. The first track on that album is corrupted and I have exhausted all trouble-shooting methods.

I have reported this issue to Apple Support a total of 6 times over 4 weeks. I have not received one follow up from Apple Support to help me. The furthest I got was getting a case number upon my 5th reporting of the issue.

On April 4th I finally received ONE email telling me my case number and that I would be contacted. RADIO SILENCE. On April 8th I received a second email... asking me to rate and review my "support experience."

BUT I NEVER GOT ANY SUPPORT EXPERIENCE. My mind is blown.

How do I actually get Apple Support to support me? I have just been complaining into a void. And none of the support protocols Apple has in place has actually led to anything.

I'm shocked. I know this isn't a grave issue, but how the **** do I solve this?

I'm upset I've supported Apple's iTunes. "Back in the day" I could go back to a CD store with my receipt and immediately get a refund or exchange.

Well, now Apple is failing at costumer service.

I have to admit, I miss the business model Apple destroyed.
