This is I get trying to open it.
“Cannot open ‘User Guide for iOS 12.2’. It is formatted incorrectly or is not in a format that Apple iBooks can open.”
I tried opening on both iPhone and MacBook Pro both with the latest OS
Sorry, I should have included my devices. The iPhone is a 5s running iOS 12.2. I recently tried opening the "User Guide for iOS 12.2" on my MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.14.4 and it opened normally. It did have the look and feel of a web site with various links. Perhaps my older iPhone is no longer fully compatible with the latest iBook documents.
