Hide iCloud Purchase in playlists

All of a sudden all playlists are showing both the downloaded version of the song & the iCloud Download. How do I hide the iCloud? Very frustrating! Use to be an option in Preferences

Weird... I did use that hide/unhide workaround.

Created a playlist for all songs, added iCloud download column, sorted by that column, selected all songs & selected hide.

Did the trick.

Thanks for the help

Odd. that usually does the trick, at least for the bulk of items. Occasionally I've found I needed to delete my local copy, then redownload the one from the cloud. Alternatively you could see Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and hide the cloud copies, as long as you don't need access to them in the cloud in another library or device.
