Getting iTunes music library off old MacBook

I had a Macbook about 10 years ago or so that I had a lot of music stored on through my Itunes library. That Macbook was not connected to the cloud as that feature did not exist at the time, maybe it was mroe than 10 years ago. I am not a current Iphone user but am thinking about getting a new Iphone. Is there a way to access that old library of music from my old MacBook on a new iphone?

If you had a new or recent Mac, the way to get music from its iTunes Library onto an iOS device (iPhone, iPad) would be to sync the iOS device to the Mac using iTunes as follows:

In your case, the problem is that your Mac is almost certainly too old to support a current enough version of iTunes to communicate to your iOS device.

So for you, a three-step process would get the music onto your iPhone:
