bluetooth pairing with HK onyx studio 5

i have an issue connecting hk onyx studio 5 on macbook pro ,unlike other bluetooth speakers it doesn't automatically connects once i turn on the mac and the speaker ,i have to forget the the device on mac and reset the speaker. any advice to fix the issue ? TIA
