Why won’t my aux cable work in my car? I’m using an IPhone 7 and recently got a car. The first thing I tested was the aux but it didn’t work. Other people have gotten it to work with other devices that are not apple. I have tried different jacks and used various adapters. I have the latest apple update and I’m so confused why it wont work. iPhone 12 Pro Max don't recognize that an AUX cord is plugged in I bought a new iphone 12 pro max and plugged it into my aux cord and it would play music through my speakers in my truck. I had to get a new aux cord because my other one got lost and now my iphone will not even recognize that I have an aux cord plugged into it. Please help!
