How can I customize News feed on my iPhone in Japan

I live in Japan and bought my iPhone X here. I cannot even locate the News app on my phone or any settings for it here, yet I continue receiving news in Japanese! on the feed. I want news in English.

Missing News App after 12.2 update - iPhone 6 overseas Hello - I live in Oman. I have been using Apple News here for some time by changing the regional settings to United States. This has always worked fine. However, after installing iOS 12.2, the news app has disappeared and I can't get it back. I still have my regional settings set to United States. I have tried changing those and changing them back, but it still doesn't work. Of course, I have tried restarting as well. The new News works fine on my iPad Air 2 and MacBook Pro here so it doesn't seem to be in the app itself. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Kyle

News app in English My news app is in English while My phone is in Spanish. I went in the news app settings and selected Spanish. It is still in English. Can you help me?

News App on Macbook Hi. I was wondering why I can't have the News on my MacBook ( I'm in Italy) even if I do have the app on my iPhone, neither if I try changing zone nor language settings. May it help using a VPN re-locating my IP address in the US in order to have the app downloaded? Thanks

There is no News app in Japan.

The News app is available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Learn what's available in your country or region.
